Telenor Pakistan has launched the industry first ‘Telenor Persona Karobar’ package catering the needs of Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
Telenor Pakistan will arrange events in several cities of Pakistan as part of the ‘Telenor Persona Karobar’ launch events. Representative from SME’s, Trade Unions, NGOs, Embassies and Small Office Home Offices (SOHO) will be attending these gatherings.
Addressing in house announcement session, Telenor Pakistan’s Director Postpaid Markets, Bilal Kazmi said, “Telenor Pakistan strongly believes that small and medium sized businesses are the backbone of Pakistan’s economy. However, their common needs of communication have not yet been met in a targeted way in Pakistan. That’s where Telenor Persona comes in. We, through our simple, dependable and innovative Telenor Persona Karobar package are introducing services which are the customized for SMEs. My management team and I look forward to meet our respected ambassadors from various SMEs during our regional events. I am sure that our SME solution, which is tailor made according to the needs of such enterprises, will go a long way towards serving them better as customers.”
Telenor Pakistan will arrange road shows for invited SMEs with the upcoming star Amanat Ali and regional talents like Malkoo, Zeek Afridi and several local singers from each part of Pakistan. The concerts will be held in the cities, including Lahore (31-May), Karachi (7-June), Gujranwala (12-June), Islamabad (14-June), Faisalabad (21-june), Multan (26-June), Sialkot (28-June), Hyderabad (30-June) and Peshawar (1-July).
Telenor Pakistan recently introduced the new Persona Postpaid, promising the simplicity with innovation. Launching a new offer for SMEs under Telenor Persona is the first industry initiative of its kind where SMEs will be recognized as a separate community, haveing special packages designed for them.

Telenor offered some services like Easyload, Balance Share for 1st time in Pakistan. Similarly Its yet another unique offer which others to follow. Now other companies will follow the pressure and one can expect more such offers from other telcos.I think its better strategy to deal small companies as a whole. Add on minutes are 50/50, i.e. 50% ofnet, if u remeber no one in industry is offering 50% off net min widout any discrimination of mobile or PTCL. all others offer 20% PTCl & 20% for other mobiles, but here u have complete freedom on free min usage & more free min..:)
