As per their website (http://www.waridtel.com/consumer/sim_jagaoo.php) they are giving 50% free balance on first recharge for the month of activation, then 50% on first recharge for first (next) month and then 50% on first recharge for second month. Free balance would be for calls to warid or for SMS to any network. Means its up to user to use it for SMS or for calls or for both.
Apart from Saima… its not bad. lolz

I think its not a good offer. Looking at the fact that warid is the only operator who lost its customers in january 2010. For such a big loss, they are giving just Rs.30 only shows that they are too stingy or they are self sufficient or they are bankrupt.

I think that Warid is just trying to retain its position in the market, I had 4 sims of warid, which I used to use the different packages.. but, now i’m not using any sim of “Warid” because, Was is not introducing any scheme which genuinly give some benifit to its customer. Warid has failed to focus and acquire new customers.. because of its high charges, not having good coverage, only succesful (which I don’t think will sustain) in Lahore. Nno good 30 second billing package. high sms charges… weak signals.. etc, etc. If I try to talk about it, a new “Arabian Knight” wil be open.. so i just wana say that ‘If warid wana be the market leader and to retain its position in the market, it should expand its coverage and introduce new low charges 30 seconds billing packages, and sms packages..
