Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani has appointed Sardar Muhammad Latif Khan Khosa as his Advisor on Information Technology. APP says that Mr. Latif Khosa has been given the status of a federal minister, citing Cabinet Division’s notification.
Sardar Muhammad Latif Khosa is a Pakistani senator and advocate, and the previous Attorney General of Pakistan. He was appointed the Attorney General on 19 August, 2008. He co-authored an electoral fraud report with former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto shortly before her assassination in December 2007. Khosa was one of Bhutto’s top aides.
Senator Khosa appeared before the acting Chief Justice Javaid Iqbal in a hearing over the handling of the Iftikhar Chaudry sacking issue. Khosa claimed to be working to have the ex-Chief Jusice reinstated.
Latif Khosa has been recently removed form the office of Attorney General of Pakistan on October 10th 2009 due to allegations and now working as Advisor of Prime Minister of Pakistan Yousaf Raza Gilani.

The stupit PPP Govt – Oblidging his poor workers. A Criminal Lawyer is now going to give advise to PM on Telecom and IT related issues. I am sure Mr. Khosa dont even know how to install a OS on a system and and dont even know what is a Cell Site.
PPP has always got ways to reward the cronies and waste the public money. What will this lawyer Advice on IT matter, Allah Knows.

Allah he hafiz hai Pakistan jey IT industry ka. PPP always do a good job at obliging their blue-eyed boys and are least bothered about the consequences. Does this Khosa duffer have any idea (leave alone vision) for IT.
