    • Really surprised by this pleasant change :)

I so wanted MS to have urdu translations for Windows OS and different Office applications.

Guess as pakistani people start supporting these applications by actually buying licenses, companies will put more effort into making their applications more useful for our region.

I’ve been noticing this trend. 10 years ago, everyone used to pirate their games, now majority of my friends and I buy the games we like. From Steam and Sony and What not. Pakistan is seeing a good chagne :)

  • Great step taken by ’em, but Indians are far ahead from us even in promoting Urdu language in India, We need to promote Urdu (Our National Language) not English!

  • Its great innovation being made by Microsoft Pakistan! It can boost the level of new learners from rural areas to grasp the sheer knowledge of MS Office in national language URDU

  • great news. now we dont need to add urdu font.. it is very complicated to add urdu in office 2003 or 2007. i will wait for free copy :)

  • that sound really amazing, specially for people here who want to learn and work on computer but fail to learn it because they don’t know the english language…
