I think ALL Android devices sold through Mobilink have been unlocked. I know Nexus S was unlocked and Motorola Milestone and Galaxy Tab.
The other devices had warranty through Samsung or other.

Really? It doesnt really compete well with the GS2, i was really wanting to go with HTC as im not a bug fan of samsung but the more i compare the two the better the GS2 looks.
