World famous Massachusetts Institute of Technology or MIT has now announced the launch of an online course, which won’t only be free but will be accessible for anyone with internet availability.
Evaluation for this course will be arranged online while MIT will offer certificates for the candidates who will successfully complete the course.
Starting this March, an Electronics course offered online will be part of a pilot programme for online education, namely MITx with an aim to offer higher education to seekers throughout the world.
MITx will be interactive online course that will:
- organize and present course material to enable students to learn at their own pace
- feature interactivity, online laboratories and student-to-student communication
- allow for the individual assessment of any student’s work and allow students who demonstrate their mastery of subjects to earn a certificate of completion awarded by MITx
- operate on an open-source, scalable software infrastructure in order to make it continuously improving and readily available to other educational institutions.
Upon successful completion of this course, MIT plans to eventually host a virtual community of millions of learners around the world with more courses to be included in MITx project.
MIT says that it will make the MITx open learning software available free of cost.

They are following stanford now :) well not the official course/certificate by stanford but teached by stanford teacher last semester with stanford course outline and certificate signed by stanford teaching faculty.
(Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence are the courses among them)
what i thought standford run a demo to check whether they can do it or not n MIT they are pretty sure they CAN DO IT :)

I would like to add one thing that i have come into my knowledge.
I have Zong last 1.5 years and yesterday Zong detect itself Pk. 6 Rupees on my balance due to not defined the reason.
I just talk to Support so the guy disconnect my call and said you will sent to anywhere the SMS and the no is 928080 but i am a professional network & security person in a very large organization so i don’t have any time to send such types of SMS to anywhere or any TV program.
Even I have checked my call and sms history I didn’t find anything. So can anybody tell me what is this no. 928080?
6 Rupees is not too much but itself detecting is not the right way.

@Saeed hahaha in the similar way they have almost eaten my balance worth of Rs 2000 in differnt ways. Evertime they said internet was on so one cannot claim that it was off. So its just Rs 6 .lol
