Jovago.com, an online hotel booking platform, is now operational in Pakistan. Along with Pakistan, the online platform, at the moment, is only available in two African nations; Nigeria and Kenya.
The website has around 50 hotels available on its platform from Lahore and Karachi; other cities such as Sialkot, Bahawalnagar, Taxila, and more are also listed on their website.
According to Jovago.com, they are looking to include hotels from Islamabad to their website as well.
The website allows users to search hotels as per their requirement and preference, giving users the option to search hotels from different cities, with different number of rooms, as per check-in and check-out dates, and also according to the number of people.
The website can be useful for tourists travelling from outside Pakistan; as well as for local residents looking to travel from one city to the other without a place to stay at.
Jovago.com is backed by Rocket Internet, the German start-up incubator, which already has a number of different projects running in Pakistan, and other parts of the world as well.
