TCS has launched a 24-hour service, TCS Hazir Time Choice, which enables customers to get their shipments delivered on the day and time of their choice.
Unlike conventional courier delivery, with TCS Hazir Time Choice service customers can place their requests on phone or through the TCS website after which a rider picks up the parcel within 60 minutes and it is delivered at the destination at the requested time.
TCS customers can also choose from an available 60-minute slot for delivery within five days of booking and can also get a refund if the shipment is not delivered on time.
The TCS Hazir Time Choice facility is currently available in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Hyderabad, Peshawar, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Faisalabad and Multan.
Customers can call TCS on 021-111-123-456 and book their documents and parcels of up to 25kg.

I am just coming from 2 hrs strive to get my parcel. TCS is the worst service provider. I am so much frustrated with them. My parcel was sent on tuesday from islamabad and i still have not received it here in quetta. The tracking number shows that it has reached quetta today at 9 am. I tried to call their head office and nobody was picking. I went there and they told me we have not received Tuesday mail. On checking my transaction number they said the courier is on its way. I asked for courier’s number and called it is still off. I am really pissed off with them. This incident is not happening for the first time. Many times before i have to collect my parcel from head offices. Alas, this country has no consumer courts and these vultures will just keep on doing the same things.

And I wonder how can they manage to get things worth even 0.5$ (Rs. 50/-) delivered free of cost straight from China to my doorstep… TCS can not do this even for within city…

this service is already available since months. leopard courier is a better option now.
no law for courier companies in Pakistan they charge what ever they want. will not deliver your package and say it is out of our service area (even within cities). and will not tell you when accepting your package. Only PakPost deliver across Pakistan at the lowest rates. this is just a paid article “shame propakistani” will never visit again
