      • Thanks. It can be quite confusing as I have far less knowledge of the Latin translated terms. By cent, most of us refer to the American currency cent, which could mean 100th, the exact opposite.
Not trying to be rude, but I think it isn’t a good way to write/publish news/articles where the author uses such indirect words. Why not use HUNDRED PERCENT instead? Provided that we are not native English speakers.

  • What about targets related to 3G coverage? not talking about 4G coverage at all. It’s still not cent percent in metropolitan cities, as was promised at the launch of 3G services in Pakistan.

  • The next task be given to Chairman PTA is to have Pakistan’s own internet for data/ face time/imo/whatsapp etc. All communication within Pakistan must be on own OFC. Presently all Pakistanis are naked in front of CIA, RAW, MI 6 etc. Our defense secrets are no more secrets as all communications are being intercepted by CIA, RAW, MI 6 etc.

  • What if some old hag or some old farmer refuses to use any kind of device for telecommunication? Will such people be forced to use a phone?
