By now everyone knows the fiasco that the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has become, thanks to its propensity to catch fire. Following worldwide reports of the Note 7 catching fire, the South Korean giant has initiated a recall program for what could have been its most successful phone in recent times.
Samsung Pakistan, in light of the above scenario, has also finally offered Pakistani consumers the same choice.
It should be mentioned that the company had not formally launched the Note 7 here, but for those consumers who had pre-booked their Note 7 models or had bought Note 7 through any means in Pakistan (i.e. from online stores or maybe thorough a cousin from Dubai), the company has requested them to contact their concerned retailers and get a refund.

Samsung has also set a Kiosk at Karachi Airport, where anyone with Note 7 devices can return their devices on the spot and get all their data saved on an SD card by the staff. Samsung, at such Kiosks, will give customers a receiving receipt that will ensure a full refund at any international Samsung outlet.
