Infinix, the company that’s risen in popularity by selling low cost midrange smartphones, has launched its latest phone in Pakistan. The Infinix Hot 4 Pro is the slightly more expensive sibling of the Hot 4 phones. There is almost no difference between the two phones.
The Hot 4 costs Rs. 12,600 so it is safe to assume that the Hot 4 Pro will likely cost more. We reckon its price will fall between Rs. 14,000 – Rs. 16,000.
Design wise, the Hot 4 Pro and Hot 4 are similar with nothing meaningful to set them apart.
The front features a 5.5 inch 720p (1280 x 720) IPS display with three capacitive buttons at the bottom. At the back of the phone, you get the camera and the fingerprint sensor. The back has a silk texture which gives the phone a nice design accent.
Infinix Hot 4 Pro has a processing package quite similar to the Hot 4 with a quad-core 1.3 Ghz Mediatek MT 6737 processor. It has 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. You also get a dedicated microSD card slot on this phone which supports up to 128 GB of expandable storage.
Like all Infinix phones, you get the XOS skin on top on Android.
The primary camera on Hot 4 Pro is of a higher resolution than that of the Hot 4 (13 MP vs 8 MP). It features a 5 element lens with Autofocus and an LED flash.
The front camera is a 5 MP sensor, same as the Hot 4.
Battery units for Hot 4 and Hot 4 Pro are also same at 4,000 mAh with fast charging available. The phone can easily last you through 2 days of medium usage, according to Infinix.
