Jazz announced today that it is consolidating the Jazz and Warid franchise network as part of the integration process, following its merger with Warid. From today, over 51 million customers will be served by a combined support network of more than 400 franchises across the country.
“All franchises will now operate as combined franchisees. In business terms, this means being leaner and more efficient, and more digitally savvy,” said Aamir Ibrahim, the CEO of Jazz. “This significantly increases access to Jazz franchises across Pakistan especially in remote areas,” he added.
The consolidation process has resulted in the closure of around a third of the total franchises from both Jazz and Warid. A support programme has been developed for those no longer part of the Jazz Franchise network.
Franchise integration will offer an excellent service to customers and safeguard the long-term growth of franchises, partners, employees and Jazz itself.
Warid Customers can also use Jazz Scratch cards and Jazz Load to recharge their balance and avail the complete Jazz experience through a network of over 400 franchises. Existing Jazz customers will benefit from theenlarged Franchise network – giving them even greater access to the services they enjoy.

In short Jazz has disowned Warid franchises across Pakistan. And from Now onwards Warid customers will go to Jazz franchises.

Sir
Merger was good step but I am totally disagreed with termination of employees because thousand of people from hundreds families was dependent on terminated employees of Warid & Mobilink.
Its is the wrong way to disown the franchise of warid without any pririor intemation. now from that all the customer was suffering the issues and may of the franchises employes across the paskistan are jobless.we have to baycot from that merger for those employess who get jobless from that meger.
Jazz online recharge can’t be used for warid numbers
If the warid company employees will be jobless then I think it’s worse thing for those who are being unemployed. There is any law for those employees who are being unemployed from the Warid Company?
There is only one law is Pakistan. The Jungle Law, Which is “Might is Right” If u disagree, please comment.
Jazz also stop providing live chat services with their customer care representatives.
