JazzCash to Digitize Transportation Payments For Daewoo Express

JazzCash has partnered with Daewoo Express, after which travelers can now pay for their reserved Daewoo ticket through JazzCash.

Talking about the partnership, Aniqa Afzal Sandhu, Chief Digital & Financial Services Officer – Jazz said, “This agreement allows Daewoo Express to offer payment convenience and security to its customers. Travelers no longer need to stand in long queues nor reach the station an hour or two prior to book their tickets. With a vision to digitize financial solutions, this is just one of the many partnerships we are in to ensure end users experience the benefits offered by digitization.”

To utilize this service, customers can either visit Daewoo’s official website, and choose JazzCash Mobile Account as their mode of payment, or book the ticket through Daewoo’s UAN (111-007-008), receive the booking number via SMS, and then pay for the ticket using the Mobile Account or by visiting the nearest JazzCash retailer.

Customers can then visit the dedicated JazzCash terminals at Daewoo stations to receive their ticket.

  • Few words for Jazzcash
    Huge companies like Daewoo, Daraz etc can afford any merchant this do give customer convenience but will not help those who have ideas but can’t fulfill their basic documentation requirements.
    Support freelancers, small eshops, stores. See India, Sirilanka, Indonesia they just need idea the get merchant account within minutes without any hard documentation.

  • Extremely bad experience of online booking. Booked online seat, make payment then on final step unable to select seat then i called daewoo helpline they told me to visit terminal. I visited terminal (Rawalpindi) they refused to give back payment and asked me to contact Mr Adnan of MIS department at Lahore. Mobile number of Mr Adnan was not answering at that time. I retry atleast ten times next day and they finally asked me email issue. I email issue but no reply I again call Mr Adnan they again asked me to told all information for confirmation. After confermation they asked me to again visit main terminal before 5pm asked manager to check his email. I went to terminal but manager told me that they did not get any email from Mr Adnan. I called him again and he talk to manager then finally they refund my money. I also have written proves of all these conversation. I also have written statement of Termainal Manager (Rawalpindi) on his letter head in which he refuse to refund online payment.

  • It’s an old news… But the tragedy is ‘Daewoo customer operators even don’t know about this method”…
