Thousands of Jazz employees — from across Pakistan — are going to be on the streets today to meet their customers in person.
Jazz said that aim of this outgoing activity is to help every Jazz employee — even those from Finance, HR and other departments who don’t interact with end-users directly — to know the customer, their feedback, any pain points and their overall experience about the services they use.
For the purpose, hundreds of teams — comprising of 10 members each — will be visiting various malls, bazaars, streets and other go to places in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Multan and Peshawar.
Aamir Ibrahim, CEO of Jazz, is going to lead the campaign as he will be visiting places in Islamabad himself.
Along side, Aamir will be doing FB live videos on Facebook to interact with Jazz customers online. Jazz said that Aamir will responding himself to maximum number of questions during the session.
Asif Aziz, Chief Commercial Officer of Jazz, will also be doing a FB live session with Jazz customers on Facebook.
Jazz said that it is hoping the collect more than 10,000 responses during the day, that will help the company understand the customer needs, their sentiments and more about how Jazz should operate in days to come.
Jazz said that based on feedback, employees will be mandated to propose new and altogether different process for things that Jazz does.
