Over the past few months, the amount of requests we’ve gotten from passionate readers who want to contribute have been overwhelming. To provide our readers with a platform where their opinions, on any topic, can be heard, we’re happy to introduce ProBlogs.
The layout should be familiar to anyone who is a frequent visitor of ProPakistani. Simply browse to ProBlogs through the button on the top right and you can read contributions from readers who vary from passionate students to trail blazing thought leaders. Just sign up and you are ready to share your own!
For now, we are not setting any limits on what you can write about. Whether it’s politics, entertainment, tech, finance, auto or defense, you can write on anything you like. Everything will be edited to match our guidelines but we’ll try to keep our touch as light as possible.
Right now, we are accepting two types of submissions. The more vanilla posts and our newer photo posts which have a completely different format.
Here are some things you need to keep in mind when submitting your blogs.
For Normal Posts:
- You can write on any topic.
- Minimum word requirement is 350 words.
- There is no maximum limit but try to keep it under 1000 words unless it’s a hard hitting analysis or opinion piece.
- Content should be original and should not be copied or plagiarized.
- All links in content will be retained or removed at editorial discretion.
- You can send a short bio with 100 words or less.
For Photo Posts:
- Include a minimum of 10 photos.
- If the photos aren’t yours, please provide the source links.
- Minimum dimensions for submitted photos are 1200 x 800 px.
- You can include a short bio with 100 words or less.
Note: Unfortunately, we won’t be able to entertain individual queries on submissions. If approved, you’ll see your post on ProBlogs.Â

You’ll have to upload the video to Youtube and add the link on the submission page.
How to add 10 or more photos in pictorial posts? The current layout allows only 3 submission per post.

I think its great move. Appreciable! we’ve got Pakistan based medium.com site. The question arises is that do you allow startups stories? Do you allow SEO link URL’s? Can you allow marketing content(images, text, URLs)?
So that Pro-Pakistani will use your photos by removing your logo/watermarks for their personal use.
