Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has inked a Data Center Hosting agreement with 1LINK Guarantee Limited, which is the largest national payment network in Pakistan for Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and Point of Sale (POS) network, for a term of three years. This initiative will be deployed at PTCL’s Data Center facility in Karachi
The agreement was signed by Farooq Ahmed Jalali, EVP Digital Services, PTCL and Najeeb Agrawalla, CEO, 1LINK (Guarantee) Limited. Those who were present on the occasion were Dr. Daniel Ritz, President & Chief Executive Officer, PTCL, Umar Farooqi, General Manager, Digital Services, PTCL, Azimullah Khan, CIO, 1LINK (Guarantee) Limited, Bashir Khan, COO, 1LINK (Guarantee) Limited, Azeem Siddiqui, Head of IT, 1LINK (Guarantee) Limited, along with other officials.

Data centers have multiple redundant connections and have 99.99% uptime. Even if the submarine cables cut, they’ll first provide link to their DC and then general customers.
90% chance yehi hai k aap ka ye comment bhi PTCL k functional internet kee wajah say post hoowa hai chaahay provider koi bhi ho aap ka.
Secondly agar ptcl use ker rahe hain tou complaint register karen or us ka proper follow up karen. Old DPs kharaab hoee hoee hain or sahee throughput nahi day sakteen. apni complaint mein clear karen k aap k computers, mobiles, modem/router, cable mein koi fault nahi hai. Aap replace ker k check ker chukkay hain sub kuch. Ab Exchange DP replace kare. Is k leeye aap PTCL BB Lahore office k kisi supervisor ko bhi involve karen. Wo supervisor sahab aap kee exchange waalon ko kuch days call karen gay, phir aap kee DP replace ho jaae gee or PTCL properly kaam kerna shooroo ker day ga. Mainay 9 years complaints keen. Last time August mein jub proper followup keeya tou unhon nay Lahore office k pressure mein DP replace ker dee. Ab koi frequent disconnection nahi. 4Mb k connection pay almost uninterrupted
