KP Govt Establishes First Computerized Model Domicile Center in Abbottabad

The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has established a Computerized Model Domicile Centre (CMDC) in the district of Abbottabad.

This will allow students to get their domicile before board results, stated Assistant Commissioner Abbottabad Roman Burhana while talking to the media.

He said this is the first of its kind CMDC in the province and that they have sent domicile forms to all secondary and higher secondary schools in district Abbottabad to provide domiciles to the students before the results.

Computerized domicile would ease the difficulties of the process, Roman Burhana disclosed.

Sharing details AC Roman Burhana said that the model computerized center they have established has six counters where male and female staff has been appointed.

At each counter three male and female staff would be available. At the CMDC, it will be ensured that it takes the least possible time from filling the form to completion of the process and issuance of the domicile from the same counter.

He further said that the KP government has also computerized driving licenses, revenue department and arms license issuance to ease the difficulties of the masses and speed up each of the processes.
