Logitech’s New Wireless Gaming Mouse Goes The Extra Mile

Logitech has come out with a new mouse for people who want a better balance in their work and gaming lives. Its G Pro Wireless Mouse offers an ambidextrous experience with a long battery life to see you through.

The battery life is a lengthy 60 hours, which is almost twice as much as its G900 predecessor, thanks to the new Hero 16K sensor. Still, there’s support for wireless charging with Logitech’s Powerplay mousepad, should you choose to shell out even more for a sophisticated setup.

Ambidextrous

There is a bundled wire included, should you run out of power. Alongside the usual, there are customizable thumb buttons on both sides, fitting the bill as perfect for right and left-handed use. The buttons themselves can be clicked up to 50 million times.

It has an optical sensor with support between 100 to 16,000 DPI, with tracking movement of up to 400 inches per second (it can theoretically go even higher). It weighs just 80 grams, which may or may not be to your liking.

Designed by Overwatch League Veterans

Lastly, the design itself is fairly innocuous, with only a backlit “G” indicating any gaming prowess. However, Logitech claims the design of the mouse has been worked upon by gamers themselves, including the London Spitfire team, which won the Overwatch League championship using the mouse just a few weeks ago.

Pricing for the G Pro Wireless Mouse is set at $149.99, which is frankly not too bad if you consider the kind of gaming performance you can eek out of it.
