It should be a crime to write “PTCL” and “reliable” in the same sentence.
Untill or unless PTCL upgrades and provides Fiber to home (Symmetric speeds) and rationalize their rates they can shove these upgrades up their a**.
Customer care service is pathetic. This is one area that needs massive improvement. When you call the helpline, the helpline representative always says that the lineman will be at your premises within 3 days, However, he never shows up and you need to visit the exchange leaving your work and time to drag him from his hole to have your issue fixed.
