As per the document, every month 13,643 substandard passports were printed from Pakistan Security Printing Corporation in Karachi from 2013 to 2017. These low-quality passports were burnt down in 2017.

The quality of printing was low due to the printing corporation’s old machines.

The document shows that despite the continuous loss, the authorities have not taken any action against the printing corporation and has continued to work with them.
