Microsoft’s Launches an AI Business School

Artificial intelligence is being deployed in all of the top industries of the world mainly to solve business problems and to build decision support systems as an aid for tedious decisions that humans have to make.

However, the growth and progress being witnessed are not what was expected. The gap between what the people want and what is present in reality is the main reason, according to Mitra Azizirad, Microsoft’s corporate VP for AI marketing.

She says that the overall strategy and culture of the AI business needs to be changed and for this purpose, Microsoft has launched its own AI business school.

What to Expect

The business school will have online course material that will be readily available for everyone. The course material will include case studies and guidelines to help enrolled businessmen develop a focus on the right things that are: culture, strategy, and responsibility.

This will be a non-technical school mainly for helping the executives lead their teams into an AI future. There is a limited understanding of AI in the business world which has led to a lack of focus and strategy in the area.

INSEAD is a graduate business school that is working in collaboration with Microsoft to develop an effective and workable module for the AI business school. From helping the executives build their communication skills to prepping them for introducing the AI culture, the AI business school has everything covered.

To implement the objectives, real-world examples are also included in the course.
