Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has increased its fare by up to Rs. 6,000 for two Middle Eastern states, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
As per the revised rates, the cost of a round trip from Lahore to Dubai will be Rs. 61,000 while Lahore to Abu Dhabi will be Rs. 61,200. Reportedly, the national airline has increased the fares because of the large number of people traveling to these areas. Majority of these people are Iqama visa holders and labors.

Earlier, the national flag carrier announced to offer discounts to the passengers traveling from London to Sialkot from September 24 to November 30. The airline introduced a ‘Surprise Holiday Scheme’, offering up to 10 percent to senior citizens and the school students over domestic and international flights.
