No Confirmed Cases of Coronavirus in Pakistan: Secretary Health

Federal Secretary of the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination, Dr. Allah Bakhsh Malik, has said that Pakistan is Coronavirus-free for now.

As many as 8 suspected cases of novel Coronavirus were brought to the National Institute of Health (NIH) in recent days, however, none was diagnosed with the deadly virus.

He said this while presiding an emergency meeting about Coronavirus where he oversaw the efforts being made to control the mysterious virus that has claimed hundreds of lives in China.

Dr. Allah Bukhsh has also said that the federal government and provinces are working together and arrangements are in place at entry points of the country to contain the virus.
