The Regulatory Authority has given a level playing platform to compete and facilitate the difficult times of Corona Virus. The PTCL has no offer at all, as Ufone is a small stake holder of PTCL. PTCL, Storm Fiber, and many others licensed by PTA should essentially participate in this call for level playing field from the Government of Pakistan and the Regulatory Authority.
