Samsung to Use Flat Displays On Galaxy S21: Leak

There has been a significant uptick in rumors for the upcoming Galaxy S21 series, which is why we believe previous rumors regarding the series launching in January might be valid. After having a look at how the S21 series might look, we now have more details about its display.

The leak was recently announced by Ice Universe, one of the most reliable Samsung-related leakers. According to the leak, the Galaxy S21 trio will use flat and curved screens.

The Galaxy S21 and S21+ will come with what Samsung calls 2D displays. This is just a fancy word for a flat-screen. In contrast, the Galaxy S21 Ultra will come with an infinity display keeping the curvature. Apart from this, the leak details that bezels on all four sides of the display will be symmetrical, which means the chin bezel will not be thicker than other bezels as was the case on previous Galaxy-S smartphones.

Other rumors suggest that the maxed-out smartphone in the series will be sized between 6.7 to 6.9 inches. The two top models, i.e., the Galaxy S21+ and S21 Ultra, will sport a 120 Hz refresh rate. Moreover, the Ultra model will come with support for S-pen as well.

More details about the series will be revealed soon.
