ePay Punjab Launches 24/7 Helpline to Resolve Online Tax Payment Queries

The flagship project of Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), in collaboration with the Punjab Finance Department, ePay Punjab, has further facilitated the citizens by launching a 24/7 Support Helpline to resolve queries related to Online Payment of Taxes.

The helpline number is (042-99030100).

Automation of the online tax payment system through e-Pay Punjab has increased government collections by enabling the citizens to make online payments on-spot or from the comfort of their homes.

Providing an alternate and an easy mode of payments using a digital medium such as a mobile application and a web portal, e-Pay Punjab guarantees one-click reporting for payments received against different levies.

During a review meeting PITB Chairman, Azfar Manzoor, informed that ePay Punjab has built immense trust among the public as it has processed north of three million transactions while collecting a revenue of more than Rs. 13 billion. The attendees included DG-IT Operations Faisal Yousaf and other senior officials.

e-Pay Punjab is now offering a new tax/levy payment service for the payment of Private Education Provider Registration & Information System (PEPRIS). With the latest addition of PEPRIS, e-Pay Punjab is now offering 17 taxes/levies, expanding its canvas across Punjab.
