The Capital Development Authority (CDA) decided on Monday to resume its one-window service for the residents of Islamabad while following the standard operating procedures (SOPs) that have been prescribed by the government.
Although the CDA is yet to decide the days and timings of the service, it will prioritize the elderly and the disabled, and will not allow irrelevant people within its vicinity.

The apex civic authority of the federal capital had ceased its one-window service for public dealings due to the surge in the coronavirus cases, and this had resulted in difficulties and delays in the public’s transferring of their properties.
Consequently, due to several complaints, the CDA has decided to reopen the department in compliance with the COVID-19 SOPS.
