Although the new EV policy that will be implemented by the government encourages people to buy EVs and persuades manufacturers to start making EVs in Pakistan by offering multiple incentives to both parties, the infrastructure for the charging of the EVs has always been questionable for the general public and the automakers.

The introduction of this new project may be a ray of hope in terms of Pakistan’s transition to an electric mode of transportation. It will also be an encouraging development for both automakers and other private energy vendors to set up their EV charging station network across the country.
