Xiaomi launched the base model of its flagship series, Mi 11, last week. The Pro version will most likely break covers in February. However, a recent leak suggests that the company is also working on a Lite version of the smartphone.
The scoop comes from a Vietnamese YouTuber, which is an unusual source. However, considering the Youtuber’s track record, the information sounds authentic.
Design and Display
The images accompanying the leak revealed that the handset will have a design similar to the recently launched Mi 11. The only difference is that instead of two-tone rear cameras, the Mi 11 Lite will come with a single tone camera module.

It will be built around a flat IPS LCD panel with FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, an off-center punch-hole, and a rather thick chin bezel.

Internals and Storage
According to the leak, the handset will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 732G paired with 6GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage.

Cameras
On the back, it will most likely come with a triple camera setup led by a 64 MP main sensor along with an 8 MP sensor and a 5 MP sensor. Details about the selfie camera were not leaked.
Pricing and Availability
The smartphone is expected to launch somewhere in March 2020 at a starting price tag of $350.
