Another Video of Minor Driving in Multan Goes Viral

A few days ago, a minor from Multan by the name of Fahad got his ’15 minutes of fame’ after a video of him driving a black Toyota Land Cruiser unsupervised went viral on social media. However, it has come to light via social media that driving around in his father’s ‘Boss-Mobile’ is a routine activity for Fahad.

As per a recent media report, another ‘TikTok’ video of Fahad driving an older Toyota Land Cruiser with an underage friend in the passenger seat has also gone viral on social media.

Last week, Fahad’s father Mazhar Abbas, who is also the owner of the vehicles, presented himself and Fahad before the police and signed an undertaking that he would not allow for a repeat of the careless deed.

In a statement given to the authorities, Abbas admitted that his son had taken his car out onto the roads without his knowledge and that their security guards had been away at the time.

Abbas signed an affidavit and paid a fine of Rs. 1000 fine to the authorities, and assured the Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) that Fahad would not be allowed to drive again until he gets his license.

Abbas also claimed in an official statement that Fahad has not driven a car since his signing of the undertaking and that the second video that is being shared on the Internet is an old one.

Fahad added that he has not driven since ‘Uncle CTO’ had warned him not to.
