Sajid Ali Sadpara, son of the acclaimed mountaineer Ali Sadpara, has lost all hope for his father’s return after a week-long rescue operation that has so far revealed nothing definitive.
Speaking with media representatives in Skardu, Sajid Sadpara grieved that “Pakistan has lost a great mountaineer, my father and two other climbers are no more with us”.

Discussing his father’s summits over a stellar career that covered 8 high-rise mountains, Sajid thanked the nation, government of Pakistan, Pakistan Army, and the Pakistan Air Force for their tireless efforts during the rescue mission.
