  • So it takes a SUPERINTENDENT OF POLICE and a DEPUTY SUPERINTENDENT OF POLICE and a POLICE STATION IN CHARGE to investigate and arrest a couple of muggers! What a thoroughly useless police force. Here in UK this would he handled by constables. In fact almost 90% of crimes in the UK ok are dealt with by police constable. What this means is that a Pakistani SP or DSP only has the capacity of a British Police constable.
