Fire Breaks Out in Ayub Park Rawalpindi

A fire broke out in the forest of Ayub National Park in Rawalpindi last night which engulfed a large area of the amusement park.

While confirming the fire incident, a spokesperson for Rescue 1122 said that six fire trucks were engaged in putting out the fire last night.

No casualties were reported in the incident as the amusement park gets closed every day at 6 PM under the NCOC-issued Coronavirus SOPs.

However, the cause of the fire is yet to be determined, the spokesperson added.

Locals report that the fire in the forest of Ayub National Park broke out at around 8 PM last night. Fire trucks of Rescue 1122 immediately rushed to the spot after receiving an emergency call and put out the fire.
