While the cricket board has not named the player, media reports suggest that it is Hasan Ali.
Reportedly, Hasan Ali, who was part of the Islamabad United in the PSL 6, had caught the infection, along with Hussain Talat, days after their fellow players tested positive, interrupting the tournament.
Hasan had since been isolated and is hopeful that he would recover before the squad travels to South Africa next week.
