The National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) has decided not to impose a complete lockdown in Pakistan.
NCOC conducted a meeting today to discuss the coronavirus situation and lockdown imposition across Pakistan. It was decided that the mask campaign will be started throughout Pakistan, however complete lockdown will not be imposed in the country.

Meanwhile, the Sindh Chief Minister, Murad Ali Shah, advised the federal government to impose a complete lockdown to curb the spread of coronavirus amidst the third wave of the pandemic.
“Do a lockdown or don’t do it, smart lockdown is nothing,” the CM said.
