Fast bowler Hasan Ali and his wife, Samiya, have been blessed with a baby girl. The bowler announced the arrival of their first child on Twitter.

Hasan is currently in South Africa representing Pakistan for a three-match One Day International (ODI) and four-match Twenty20 International (T20I) series.

Hasan and Samiya, the daughter of an Indian businessman based in Dubai, tied the know in August 2019 in an elaborated ceremony held at a seven-star hotel, with Hasan’s friend and teammate, Shadab Khan, as well as close friends and relatives in attendance. The two had met in Dubai through a close friend in 2018.
