The Xperia Ace 2 has shown up at a Google Play Console listing which confirms that it’s an entry-level device and that a launch is close at hand. According to this listing, the device will feature the entry-level MediaTek Helio P35 chipset, 4GB RAM, and it will boot Android 11 OS.

The report also includes an image of the device.

The image shows that the Xperia Ace 2 will have a waterdrop notch selfie camera and a thick bottom bezel. The exact screen size is unknown, but it will be a 720p LCD with support for a number of display features.

According to an older leak, however, it is going to be a 5.5-inch display, which is rare to see in the market these days and would be considered “compact” as per today’s standards. There will be a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a dual-camera setup on the back with an LED flash.

A dedicated camera button will be there as always with a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB C port.
