The UAE government has declared attested COVID-19 vaccination certificates issued by NADRA mandatory for Pakistani citizens.
It has taken this decision in order to prevent the transmission of Coronavirus into the country from Pakistan.

According to details, Pakistanis are now required to get their vaccination certificates attested first from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pakistan and then from the UAE Embassy in Islamabad before traveling to the UAE.
The decision will take effect from 1 August and will apply to diplomatic, official, and ordinary passport holders alike.
Last month, the UAE government extended the travel ban on flights coming from Pakistan and thirteen other countries till 21 July in wake of the rising number of COVID-19 infections.

As the requirement of attested COVID-19 vaccination certificates will come into effect on 1 August, it is expected that UAE will revise its decision and allow flights from Pakistan.
However, at the moment, it is unclear which visa holders will be allowed entry to the UAE. The situation will become clear only after an official announcement from the UAE government that will be made once the existing ban expires on 21 July.
