Pakistani Investors Should Avail Golden and Green UAE Visas: Ambassador Al-Zaabi

Pakistani investors should take advantage of the UAE’s Golden and Green visas to establish links with global markets, says UAE’s Ambassador to Pakistan Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salim Al-Zaabi.

Addressing the Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCCI), the envoy said that the UAE has introduced these visas to ensure maximum participation in Dubai Expo 2020.

Dubai Expo 2020 will give a new impetus to economic activities in the region by providing a wide range of investment, marketing, and export opportunities to global investors.

He added that details of Golden and Green visas will be provided to the FCCI in a few days.

The envoy said that two UAE visa centers are currently functional in Islamabad and Karachi while another center in Lahore will become operational very soon.

He noted that the two countries have always enjoyed cordial relations. Over 1.7 million Pakistanis are employed in the UAE, who not only contribute to its economy but also remit millions of dollars to Pakistan each year.

Pakistan was the third country that recognized the UAE about 50 years ago, said the envoy, adding that the UAE will celebrate the 50th anniversary of its relationship with Pakistan this year in a big way.
