The Indian news channel Pro Punjab TV interviewed a former Research and Analysis Wing agent who revealed that he had been sent to Pakistan “to make bombs go off”.
The agent called ‘Daniel’ exposed India’s hollow claims of not being involved in disruptive activities in Pakistan. He admitted that he had spied on Pakistan at India’s behest in the 1990s and had been caught by Pakistani security forces.
The former RAW agent said that he had spent four years in prison before being released.
He also stated that Pakistan does not send spies to India to conduct subversive activities, while India does the same.
Exposing the Indian spy agency further, Daniel said that another Indian spy, namely Raju, is currently in Pakistan.
Daniel said that upon being released by Pakistani forces, he had returned back to India where he was given a
meager Rs. 15,000 and fired from service.
