Pakistan International Airline (PIA) has at present eight (8) non-functional (irreparable) as well as un-serviceable (repairable) aircraft.
According to the official data, two Boeing 777 aircraft are un-serviceable while one is non-functional. Furthermore, two Airbus A-320 are un-serviceable. The data further noted that three ATR are un-serviceable while one is non-functional.
Here is the breakdown of all non-functional and un-serviceable aircraft of PIA.

On Monday, a technical issue caused a PIA plane to be grounded at Quetta airport. The problem arose as flight PK-326 was preparing to depart for Islamabad at 1:00 pm. Due to strong winds and hot brakes, the pilot decided to cancel the takeoff and informed traffic control.
The Airbus A320 was then safely moved to the parking lot for inspection by engineers. The airport authorities stated that the aircraft’s departure was delayed because clearance from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) was required for the next flight.
this will happen when our airline company is not interested in saving to fix its plane but more interested in cash and how much they can keep for themselves than making business and even if it is it’s only for the rich political
I am surprised why PIA is looking orphan in airlines business. Once time PIA was in top five, mismanagement, misplanning and incompetency made it. Plz hire professional for PIA management department, technical and engineering department, Master degrees holder in every department. Every things will be perfect plz change thinking. We destroyed our country, our exports, our culture and our values. Plz plz everyone think on it. Let’s start a new journey, save Pakistan and build Pakistan for prosperity and development.
I was on flight 326 from Quetta and first it was delayed for more than an hour due to vip culture and movement of Prime Minister and Ministers. Later their helicopters created so much dust that runway was not visible. Finally when pilot tried to take off he had to abort on run way due to tyre burst. PIA and CAA are just trying to cover up the facts.
Its better to dispose off all these air crafts as they are at the hands of corrupt leaches.
I recommend, it is time to hire some international companies like Emirates/Qatar/Airarabia airlines to operate on domestic and international routes. This will at least save our wealth by going to the corrupt hands.
A failed country in all fields from since independent day till today, I suggest its returned back to India.
Very pitty but not surprising at all in a country where all the sectors have deliberately been destroyed; except corruption, lawlessness, favouritism, etc. I’m sure if Quaid had known the fate of his and his companions efforts to get a separate country for the Muslims, he probably would have used their energy for some better causes.

Last Week was flying from Karachi to Islamabad with PIA, No Cahrging pods No Foot Rester was in plane even nowadays every Bus has it. secondly the serving staff behaviour was totally tilted to some of their favourites
