PTCL is the country’s worst service provider. It is pure headache seeking any service from this company. How can an organization like PTCL be expected to be good in any aspect. I rank PTCL lowly. I would view any body or authority conferring any award on PTCL as equally lowly.
It is unfortunate that several organizations in the government or semi-government sector in the country are in the habit of praising and rewarding each other without realising what pain they have caused to the public in general.
I do not know what this award means. What I know for sure is that nothing good can be expected from a company like PTCL.

PTCL is primarily a service provider to the public and unfortunately holds monopoly in this sector. It may be taking a good care of its employees or may be it is providing good services to NUST, PTA, other similar bodies or to its own employees but the common man like me has got an extremely poor impression about the services provided by PTCL. For an ordinary person who pays to PTCL and yet gets poor services in return, any award conferred upon this company, for whatever reason, is meaningless.
