Doctors Must Pass This Test to Work in Punjab Govt Hospitals

A written test has been made mandatory for the permanent recruitment of doctors through the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC), according to a private news channel.

The PPSC has initiated the recruitment process for 900 doctors. The written exam will be worth 100 marks, covering topics such as General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, and Geography.

Furthermore, there will be questions on Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science, and Computer Science.

To qualify for the interview stage, doctors must score at least 40 percent on the exam. Previously, the permanent recruitment of medical officers was based solely on interviews.

And now u have to pay extremely high fees as well. And when doctors become angry or don’t care about patients they are blamed .

U all people to spend 1 crore plus to become doctors and give them 60000 to 70000 per month . It will take 12 years got anyone to pay back just for mbbs fee . And then u expect doctors to be grateful ?

  • Another source of earnings for government. Test will not be free of cost and future doctors will recover from general public.
Instead of this tests government should decide or work on fixed consultation fee structure for doctors as per their qualifications no matter where they work.
