The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued a public notice stating that a large number of property owners and occupants have encroached upon public land in Islamabad.
The notice directs all those who have illegally possessed public land beyond their allotted or leased land to remove all types of encroachments within three days.
According to the public notice, the encroachments are affecting the city’s environment and the quality of life for its residents. The CDA warns that non-compliance will lead to strict legal actions and removal of encroachments without further notice, with violators bearing the costs.
The authority emphasizes that encroachments disrupt the city’s aesthetic value, hinder public access to essential services, and lead to traffic congestion, environmental degradation, and safety concerns. By removing encroachments, the CDA aims to promote a cleaner, safer, and more orderly Islamabad.
The notice covers all forms of encroachments including unauthorized constructions illegal structures and occupation of public land such as open spaces footpaths and green areas.
All individuals and entities are required to adhere to this notice and remove their encroachments within the stipulated timeframe. The CDA urges all citizens and businesses to cooperate fully with this initiative to restore the beauty and integrity of Islamabad.

CDA has not developed any new sector during last 25-30 years how they suddenly wake about encroachment they dont move unless there is a financial motive people have not seen any step of public interest
U r right, have U seen the condition of roads and streets light in the so called new develop sector D-12, a worst sector in all islamabad
Encroachments in this country will Never, Never, Never go away. There is simply no question of that.
CDA has already allowed the occupants to develop and keep the green areas in good conditions which most of them have! Now do they want that those green areas to become garbage dumps and further deteriorate environment and increase of wild bores and drug addicts to occupy these areas, then please go-ahead and do it!

Utility supplies such as electricity, gas, water etc should be cut off of these illegal occupants. CDA had given deadline twice a time to illegal workshops at Golra more, but they don’t care it. CDA should take actions against them and clear the entrance of CDA sectors I-14, I-15 and 1-16. Also this entrance is the alternate route to Islamabad Airport and M2 motorway
People living in government quarters specially in G sectors are constructing floors on their houses which is very dangerous as their walls and the materials used in government quarter has demolished entirely internally so a notice should be taken in this regard as well to save them from a disaster.
The government quarters were constructed when islamabad was new and their life has completed now and you can check the condition of the materials that have deteriorated and how dangerous it is to construct more floors on these properties.
CDA knows everything. Islamabad may CDA ke marzi Kay baghair aik pata Nahi hilta.. jitnay b log idar encroachment Kar rahay Hain yah Kar Kay aye howay Hain already they pay huge amount to CDA people (rishwat). Even the houses/apartments given to CDA employees i.e in Karachi company and some other areas, they further rent them out on higher rates.
First of all cda and police is receiving rishwat bribe money to allocate dhabas all over , specially g-9 sector , see the double road of g-/1 ,who is getting money from sabsi farosh .. cda dd ad and other staff along with police must be involved in sector g-9 ‘ g 10, g 11 , pti and league both a like ,it spread in pti govt time like crazy .. also see jazz office in f,-8 markaz ,they are placed fence and blocked access also build security office on public land … Lawyers build office on public land , housing schemes across d12 are on public land without permissions… Go to any markaz all car dealers have blocked car parkings which is inconvenience for everyone,what right do they have to mess up the marking areas.. too many things ..cda has failed.. e12 not delivered.. c15 no delivered, c14 not delivered.. water shortage is another devil … Planning zero
