Punjab Releases New Fee Structure for Govt Colleges

The Punjab government has unveiled the new fee structure for public colleges for the upcoming 2024 academic year, spanning programs from Intermediate to Master Degrees.

Intermediate Programs:

  • FA, I.Com, and ICS: The admission fee for these programs is set at Rs.80. The monthly tuition fee is Rs.50, with an additional Rs.300 per month for students attending the second shift.
  • FSC: The admission fee for the FSC program is Rs.65, with a monthly tuition fee of Rs.50.

Bachelor Programs:

  • BSC: Students enrolling in the BSC program will have an admission fee of Rs.175, while the monthly tuition fee is fixed at Rs.60.
  • B.Com: The admission fee for the B.Com program is Rs.85, and the monthly tuition fee is Rs.100.

Master Programs:

  • MSc Home Economics: The admission fee for this program is Rs.300, and the monthly fee is Rs.120.
  • MA and MCC: The monthly fees for MA and MCC programs will be determined as per the respective university policies.

Additionally, the new structure allows colleges the discretion to collect extra fees and funds as needed.
