Furthermore, investing in research to further understand the environmental impact of THR products and improve their technology, along with supporting innovations that enhance their effectiveness, is essential.

Policymakers must recognize the dual role of Tobacco Harm Reduction in mitigating risks to smokers while also tackling environmental concerns. By incorporating THR into the broader strategy for tobacco control, Pakistan can make significant strides toward achieving better air quality and a cleaner environment.
