Flight Going to India Makes Emergency Landing in Pakistan

An international flight from Muscat to India was forced to make an emergency landing at Karachi airport after a passenger’s medical condition deteriorated.

The flight, operated by a foreign airline, was en route to Calicut International Airport in Kozhikode, Kerala, when the situation arose.

Sources reported that the passenger, an Indian national, experienced a sudden and severe medical issue, prompting the flight crew to request an emergency landing at Karachi. With over 150 passengers, the flight landed safely at Karachi airport under the medical emergency protocol.

Upon arrival, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and the Federal Ministry of Health were alerted and instructed to be on standby. Medical teams were prepared to address the urgent situation and provide the necessary assistance to the affected passengers.
