The delegation’s primary focus will be to evaluate key infrastructure, venue conditions, and overall logistics. Major venues in Lahore, Rawalpindi, and Karachi are scheduled to undergo thorough inspection throughout the five-day visit.

Reports suggest that the ICC team will provide recommendations for further improvements and fine-tuning in preparation for the event.

Meetings with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) are also planned, where logistical details such as practice schedules, ticketing, and accommodation will be discussed. Sources suggest the ICC will likely finalize and share the official schedule for the Champions Trophy with the PCB in the coming days.

In anticipation of the delegation’s visit, PCB officials are expected to present updates on venue upgrades and other preparatory efforts to ensure the smooth execution of the global cricket tournament.

Last week, PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi confirmed that the Multan and Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium will be used for the England Test series which will commence from October 7.
