Habib Rice Product Limited (PSX: HRPL) has incorporated a 100 percent wholly owned subsidiary Company Habib Rice Products (FZE) in Sharjah Airport International Free Zone.
“We are pleased to inform you that Habib Rice Products Ltd (HRPL) has incorporated a 100% wholly owned subsidiary Company Habib Rice Products (FZE) in Sharjah Airport International Free Zone (SAIF – Zone) and got license thereof,” the company said in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Wednesday.
The company said that the subsidiary company will help promote its drive to secure export business.
HRPL is engaged in the production of rice-based starch sugar and proteins.
