Redmi has officially announced the launch date for its highly anticipated Note 14 series in the Chinese market. The unveiling event is scheduled for September 26 at 7 PM China time, which means 4 PM Pakistan time.
Alongside the new smartphones, Redmi will also introduce its latest audio offering, the Redmi Buds 6 TWS earbuds.
The Note 14 lineup will consist of three models: the standard Note 14, Note 14 Pro, and Note 14 Pro+. Official images released by the company provide a glimpse into the design of the Pro and Pro+ variants. Both devices feature a curved-edge display, a design choice that has become increasingly popular in mid-range smartphones.
The Note 14 Pro’s rear panel showcases a distinctive squircle camera island. This module houses three protruding camera units and an LED flash, with a protective glass covering the sensors. The Pro and Pro+ models boast a 50MP primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), complemented by two additional cameras and an LED flash unit.
Other specifications confirmed so far for the series include color options: Midnight Black, Mirror Porcelain White, Twilight Purple, and Phantom Blue for the Note 14 Pro. The 14 Pro+ will also have Midnight Black and Mirror Porcelain White, but an additional Sand Star Green.
Another teaser poster confirms that the Note 14 Pro models will come with IP69 protection as well as Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for the screens. It is unclear if the vanilla Redmi Note 14 will get the same treatment.
